About Pete
Pete began his journey in Western New York State near Rochester and Buffalo after being born in Warsaw, County seat to Wyoming County, NY and raised in the ‘next town over’ of Perry.
After high school graduation he served four years in the US Air Force spending time in various places to include the states of Texas, Illinois, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico and countries such as Canada, England, Germany, with a quick stopover in Iceland. One of the highlights of the flight through Iceland was seeing the Northern Lights from the flight deck of a USAF C-141B cargo jet while at cruising altitude.
His college education includes degrees in Finance from RIT and Accounting from SUNY Brockport.
Work experience has been focused on the accounting and technology angles of business.
Pete made Lancaster County, PA his home starting 1998.
Having been born in 1964 – traditionally thought of as the last year of the Baby Boomer generation – Pete would like share about the “Old Days” of growing up in the 1970’s in this small town in Western New York State.
Pete has self-published several books, the first being Lancaster County Signs of Faith in 2003 while the second was a joint project with lifelong friend Dan Kostrzebski in creating No One Is Fatherless in 2021. Dan is a retired US Army Master Sergeant who served as a Green Beret Medic with the infamous 5th Special Forces Group ODA 525.
A revised edition of Signs of Faith was released in late 2025 making the title available worldwide with book distributor Ingram.
